Product Introduction
The KYN61-40.5 metal-clad switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a switchgear designed and improved by our factory based on the original product. It is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems and is used to receive and distribute electrical energy and to control, protect, and monitor circuits. This switchgear has various functions to prevent misoperation, including preventing the movement of the trolley under load, preventing the closing of the grounding switch under energized conditions, and preventing entry into energized compartments. It is a reliable and safe power distribution device with stable performance and reasonable structure and is easy to use.
Model and Meaning
Main Features
● The cabinet is made of aluminum-zinc plated steel plates processed and formed by CNC equipment, and then assembled using bolts or rivets. The structure is fully assembled.
● It can be equipped with ZN85-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker trolleys, VN1, VD4, or HD4 vacuum circuit breaker trolleys simultaneously. The main busbars of the switchgear are connected through without the need for transition cabinets.
● The cable compartment has ample space, and the air clearance between phases can be guaranteed to be greater than 300mm, and no insulation baffles are needed between phases.

● Ambient temperature: Not higher than +40℃, not lower than -25℃
● Altitude: Not higher than 1000m
● Relative humidity: Daily average not more than 95%; monthly average not more than 90% (+25℃)
● No flammable gases, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, or frequent violent vibrations.
