Product Overview
The FQH series cable tray has excellent heat insulation, fire resistance, corrosion resistance, and is suitable for a wide range of environments. It is also lightweight, has high load-bearing capacity, is safe and reliable, and has reached a leading domestic technology level.
For different applications, the FQH series fire-resistant cable tray can be divided into four parts:
● Fire-resistant fully enclosed tray: This product is suitable for power cables below 10KV, as well as control cables, lighting wiring, and indoor and outdoor overhead cable trenches and tunnels.
● Fire-resistant semi-enclosed tray: This product can withstand flame roasting, and the temperature inside the tray can be limited to the allowable value for safe cable operation. The cover is a double-layer cover. In addition to its rainproof function, it can automatically fall to cover the heat dissipation holes and isolate the air when exposed to high temperatures.
● Fire-resistant tray for cable tunnels: This product can be widely used in tunnels, underground public facilities, etc. It has good ventilation and breathability. When the tray catches fire or the cable overheats, the flame causes the originally open ventilation holes, which are soaked in special fire-retardant coating, to be blocked and expand into thick carbon residue to protect the cable. The small cover on the net automatically falls to cover the net surface, causing the combustion medium to be oxygen-deficient and self-extinguishing.
● Fire-resistant inorganic tray: This product is made of inorganic materials and reinforced glass fiber, and the fire-resistant structure is fully enclosed, effectively preventing cable spontaneous combustion and external fire hazards. In addition, due to the use of inorganic materials, it is especially suitable for occasions with severe acid and alkali corrosion.
