Product Introduction

The GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is designed and developed by two joint design teams in accordance with the requirements of the industry's competent authorities, a wide range of electricity users, and design units. It conforms to national conditions, has high technical performance indicators, can adapt to the needs of the development of the electricity market, and can compete with existing imported products. GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear has been widely used by electricity users.

 

Scope of Application

● The device is suitable for power, distribution, and motor control centers, capacitor compensation, etc., for power conversion, distribution, and control in low-voltage power distribution systems in power plants, substations, petrochemical departments, factories and mines, and high-rise buildings.

● In low-voltage power control centers and motor control centers in power usage scenarios such as large-unit-capacity power plants and large-scale petrochemical industries, it can meet the special needs of computer interfaces.

● The device is a new type of low-voltage withdrawable switchgear designed based on the requirements of the Ministry of Electric Power's superior authorities, a wide range of electricity users, and design departments, to meet the needs of the constantly developing electricity market for capacity expansion, computer interfaces, centralized power control, convenient installation and maintenance, and shorter accident handling times. Model and Meaning

 

Normal Operating Environmental Conditions

● The ambient air temperature should not exceed +40℃ and should not be lower than -5℃. The average temperature within 24 hours should not exceed +35℃. If exceeded, derating operation should be performed according to the actual situation.

● Indoor use. The altitude of the place of use should not exceed 2000m.

● The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃. At lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is allowed, for example, 90% at +20℃, but the possibility of occasional condensation due to temperature changes should be considered.

● When installing the device, the inclination to the vertical plane should not exceed 5%, and the entire set of cabinets should be relatively flat (in accordance with GBJ232-82 standard).

● The device should be installed in places without violent vibration and impact, and where the electrical components will not be subjected to undue corrosion.

● If the user has special requirements, they can consult with the manufacturer to resolve them.
