Product Introduction
The GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear consists of two parts: the power distribution center (PC) cabinet and the motor control center (MCC). This device is suitable for AC 50Hz-60Hz, rated operating voltage of 660V and below control and distribution systems. It is widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises and other power users, as power distribution, motor control and lighting and other power distribution equipment for power conversion and distribution control.
This switchgear complies with international standard IEC439 and national standard GB7251-97 "Low-voltage complete switchgear".
Product Features
● Compact structure, accommodating more functional units in a smaller space, saving user investment;
● Strong structural versatility, flexible assembly, with a 25mm module, various sizes of withdrawable units can be arbitrarily combined to meet system design requirements;
● The vertical busbars and outgoing lines have good insulation protection, ensuring safe and reliable rear maintenance;
● Unique mechanical locking mechanism design, with reliable operation, test, withdrawal, and isolation four positions, safe and reliable;
● The drawer pushing mechanism uses bearing rolling, and drawers of the same specification have strong interchangeability;
● Strong combination of design schemes, drawers and fixed partitions can be freely combined;
● Reliable access door protection system, ensuring the safety of front maintenance;
● Three-pole or four-pole outgoing lines can be selected as needed.

Normal Operating Environmental Conditions
● Ambient temperature: Clean air, relative humidity not exceeding 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃, higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, for example, 90% at +20℃. The possibility of occasional dew condensation due to temperature changes should be considered;
● Altitude: Not higher than 2000m;
● This device is suitable for transportation and storage processes within the temperature range of -25℃ to +55℃. It can reach 70℃ for a short period (no more than 24h). Under these extreme temperatures, the device should not suffer irreversible damage, and should be able to operate normally under normal conditions. If the above operating conditions cannot be met, it should be resolved through consultation between the user and the manufacturer.
