GGD series low-voltage withdrawable switchgear

The GGD type AC low-voltage switchgear is a technology development project issued in 1991 by the former Ministry of Energy to promote technological progress in China's low-voltage power distribution industry and accelerate the upgrading of low-voltage power distribution switchgear. It was designed and developed by the Low-Voltage Complete Switchgear Joint Design and Research Group (NLS) of the Ministry of Energy and passed the ministerial appraisal presided over by the Ministry of Energy in October 1992. It is now widely used throughout China.

Product Introduction

The GGD type AC low-voltage switchgear is a technology development project issued in 1991 by the former Ministry of Energy to promote the technological progress of China's low-voltage power distribution industry and accelerate the updating and upgrading of low-voltage complete sets of switchgear. It was designed and developed by the Low-Voltage Complete Set Switchgear Joint Design and Research Group (NLS) of the Ministry of Energy. It passed the ministerial appraisal presided over by the Ministry of Energy in October 1992. It is now widely used throughout the country.

 

Applications

● The GGD type AC low-voltage switchgear is suitable for AC 50Hz power distribution systems with a rated operating voltage of 380V and a rated operating current of up to 3150A for power plants, power stations, and industrial and mining enterprises, used for power, lighting, and power distribution equipment energy conversion, distribution, and control.

● The GGD type AC low-voltage switchgear is a new type of low-voltage switchgear designed based on the requirements of a large number of power users and design departments, following the principles of safety, economy, rationality, and reliability. The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, series, strong practicality, novel structure, and high protection level. It can be used as an updated and upgraded product for low-voltage complete sets of switchgear.

● The GGD type AC low-voltage switchgear conforms to IEC439 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear" and GB7251 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear" standards.

 

Model and Meaning

 

Normal Operating Environmental Conditions

● Ambient temperature: Not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, the average temperature within 24h shall not exceed +35℃;

● Ambient humidity: Clean air, relative humidity not exceeding 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃, higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, for example, 90% at +20℃. The possibility of occasional dew condensation due to temperature changes should be considered;

● Altitude: Not higher than 2000m;

● Installation requirements: The inclination of the equipment during installation shall not exceed 5% from the vertical plane;

● Applicable locations: Should be installed in places without violent vibration and impact, and in places where the electrical components are not sufficiently corroded;

● If the above operating conditions cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer should negotiate a solution.
