Product Introduction
The JXF power distribution box is suitable for AC 50 (60HZ) power supply systems with voltages up to 400V. It is used for branch circuit distribution and can also be used for low-capacity power distribution. It has overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection, suitable for industrial and mining enterprises and various civil buildings.
Normal Operating Environmental Conditions
● Ambient temperature not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, average temperature within 24 hours not higher than +35℃
● Ambient air relative humidity not higher than 50% at +40℃. At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is permissible, but the possibility of condensation due to temperature changes should be considered (e.g., 90% at +20℃).
● The equipment should be installed in places without violent vibration and impact, and where electrical components are not subject to corrosion.
● The inclination of the equipment installation to the ground should not exceed 5°.
● If the user has special requirements, they can consult with the manufacturer.
Structural Features
● The enclosure is entirely made of steel plate bending and welding, consisting of the enclosure, frame, door, secondary door, and mounting plate. The secondary door covers all live parts and wires, making the distribution box safer and more aesthetically pleasing.
● The frame, door, secondary door, and mounting plate of the flush-mounted distribution box are connected as a whole. The circuit breaker is installed and wired in this whole to form an independent unit. The enclosure can be pre-installed in the wall, and when needed, the independently installed and wired unit can be inserted into the enclosure and fixed with screws. This greatly simplifies on-site installation and avoids damage or loss of the circuit breaker during on-site construction. The depth of the independent unit inserted into the enclosure is adjustable. The enclosure can protrude from the wall by a maximum of 10mm and can be recessed into the wall by a maximum of 20mm.
● Generally, modular miniature circuit breakers such as C65 and NC100 are used, and the main switch can be a molded case circuit breaker.
