Product Introduction
XL power distribution cabinets are suitable for AC 50(60)HZ power supply systems with voltages up to 690V, used for power or lighting distribution. They are suitable for industrial and mining enterprises and various civil buildings and have overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection. This product complies with GB7251.1 "Low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment" standard.
Applications
Suitable for circuits with a rated voltage of 220V or 380V, used to control power equipment, distribute power, and protect against line overload, short circuit, leakage, and overvoltage. The product conforms to GB7251.1-2005 standard.
Normal Operating Environmental Conditions
● Ambient temperature not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, average temperature within 24 hours not higher than +35℃
● Ambient air relative humidity not higher than 50% at +40℃. Higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures, but the possibility of condensation due to temperature changes must be considered (e.g., 90% at +20℃).
● The equipment should be installed in places without strong vibrations and impacts, and where electrical components are not subject to corrosion.
● The inclination of the equipment installation to the ground should not exceed 5°

Product Features
The enclosure is made of high-quality steel plate bending and welding. Electrostatic spraying surface treatment is used. It is floor-standing, with a single door, or upper and lower doors. To improve the protection level after the door is opened, a double door can be added, exposing the component operating parts through the second door, greatly improving the personal safety of operators. The outdoor protective power distribution box has a rain cover on top, and the door and enclosure use a U-shaped double folded edge and embedded rubber strip, reaching an IP54 protection level.
