Aluminum alloy shell
● The YCC busbar uses a two-piece aluminum alloy profile shell, which is lightweight and has high mechanical strength; it effectively avoids the impact of eddy current and hysteresis loss on the busbar system; it easily handles many special locations;
● The all-aluminum shell has excellent conductivity, and the entire shell has a grounding capacity of more than 50%;
● The unique sawtooth heat sink greatly improves the heat dissipation capacity of the busbar system;
● With special surface treatment, the shell can withstand a 2000-hour salt spray test; a major innovation, unlike traditional busbars, the busbar shell is assembled from two pieces, making it more integral and providing a higher protection level.
Conductor
● High-speed sawing, smooth cut without burrs, high sawing precision, ensuring the flatness of the cross-section, and reducing the temperature rise of the busbar joint;
● The copper conductor uses A-grade standard copper processed with special technology. Through spectral analysis, the content of trace elements is strictly controlled, and the copper content of the conductor is ≥99.97%. Under the same cross-sectional area, the self-loss of the busbar is reduced by 3%~5%.
● Conductor surface treatment, unique alloy electroplating process, lower contact resistance, tin plating, silver plating optional.
Plug-in box
● The special locking foot mechanism forms a mechanical interlock with the box body, preventing the plug-in box from being plugged and unplugged under load, effectively ensuring the safety and reliability of power use;
● The plug uses high-quality shaped copper, one-time molding;
● Each batch is subjected to a sampling plug-in test to ensure long-lasting clamping force after energization, ensuring reliable power supply from the tapping unit.
Intelligent connector
● It adopts a single-bolt clamping structure, which is quick and reliable to install, requiring only half the time of traditional connectors;
● Double-headed torque bolts ensure the required pressure for connection;
● Equipped with a special butterfly spring to ensure lasting pressure between the contact surfaces;
● The ingenious concave-convex groove design on the edge of the insulation baffle increases the creepage distance;
● Optional temperature indication module to ensure that in case of system failure or excessive temperature rise, it can remind maintenance, so that hidden dangers can be eliminated in time.
Optional insulation method
● The industry's first to adopt powder vulcanization insulation technology, the dielectric strength reaches 45V/μm, with higher insulation capacity;
● The insulation heat resistance level is increased from the ordinary B level (130℃) to H level, and it can work for a long time in an environment of 180℃. The insulation powder is solidified on the surface of the busbar through a special process, greatly improving the heat dissipation capacity, and can help the overall system capacity increase by 15%. The flame retardant performance reaches the US UL standard V0 level, and the insulation service life can be extended to 50 years.
Dense plug
● The busbar at the plug is not bent, and the busbar is dense throughout its length;
● Low impedance, the busbar system has lower voltage drop and line loss;
● Fast heat dissipation, large tapping capacity, and safer and more reliable tapping current;
● Reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, and high protection level.
Anti-phase device
The unique anti-phase device eliminates the need for manual identification and confirmation of the phase sequence, effectively eliminating errors caused by human factors.
"Sandwich" conductor structure
The busbar conductors are closely arranged for overall heat dissipation, resulting in lower temperature rise. Dense throughout the length, no "chimney effect". The current carrying capacity is not affected by the installation location and method. Compact structure, only 127mm wide, occupies less building space.
