YCC-NHMC Refractory Busbar

Fire-resistant busbar trunking consists of a shell coated with fire-retardant paint, busbars wrapped with fire-resistant mica tape, and a support made of fire-resistant insulating material. The support has multiple recesses, which house and secure the busbars. There is a busbar connection box at one end of the busbar trunking, and a busbar tap-off box inside the busbar trunking.

Product Overview

Fire-resistant busbars consist of a fire-retardant coated shell, busbars wrapped with fire-resistant mica tape, and a support made of fire-resistant insulating material. The support has multiple grooves, which house and secure the busbars. There is a busbar connection box at one end of the busbar and a busbar tap box inside the busbar. The fire-resistant busbar has excellent insulation properties, can be used continuously in normal environments, and can be used continuously for more than 180 minutes in a fire environment. It is suitable for high-rise buildings and important facilities, replacing fire-resistant cables for power transmission and distribution.

 

Application Scope

Fire-resistant busbars are suitable for power transmission and distribution systems with a rated voltage of less than 690V, a rated operating current of 250-5000A, and a frequency of 50-60Hz. After years of testing and industrial operation, its electrical properties, fire resistance, and metallic structure have reached the advanced domestic level.

 

Product Features

● Structural Design

It adopts a reasonable "sandwich" phase wire tightly stacked structure design. The busbar is compact and small in size. The busbar system has the advantages of low impedance, low voltage drop, and good dynamic and thermal stability.

● Steel Shell

The shell is made of cold-formed thin steel profiles. The two side plates are a unique double-layer hollow structure, which effectively prevents high-temperature gas or open flames from directly entering the inside of the busbar. The surface of the busbar shell is galvanized and sprayed with fire-retardant paint (when encountering fire, the paint can quickly expand at a geometric rate on the surface of the busbar, forming a dense carbonized heat insulation layer, sealing all gaps in the busbar shell, and preventing high temperatures from directly entering the inside of the busbar).

● Connector

The connector uses special fire-resistant insulation components, which are reliable and easy to connect.

● Corrosion Resistance

Excellent corrosion resistance, resistant to chemical corrosion, electromagnetic interference, and animal and insect bites.

● Long Service Life

UV resistant, does not age when used outdoors, maintenance-free, and has a service life of up to 50 years.
