Product Overview
The YCC-FSMC fully enclosed resin-cast busbar is a new generation of special busbars developed by YICHUANG Electric. It is made by casting high-performance insulating resin and various inorganic minerals, directly sealing the busbars, reaching an IP68 protection level. It features waterproof, fireproof, corrosion-resistant, and explosion-proof functions, a new type of metal-free shell busbar. It is widely used in power transmission and distribution systems in industries such as ships, chemicals, metallurgy, and coal mines.
Scope of Application
● The YCC-FSMC fully enclosed resin-cast busbar is suitable for underwater, trench, high-corrosion, special safety requirements, high fire protection requirements, and other special usage environments. It is applied in industries such as ships, chemicals, metallurgy, and coal mines.
● Suitable for power transmission and distribution systems with a rated voltage below 750V, a rated operating current of 100A~6300A, and a frequency of 50(60)HZ.
Product Features
● Structural Design
It adopts a reasonable "sandwich" phase wire tightly stacked structure design, making the busbar more compact and smaller in size, and enhancing the dynamic and thermal stability of the busbar system.
● Water Resistance
Made with high-performance insulating resin, it has excellent airtightness and water tightness, reaching an IP68 protection level. IP68 is the highest protection level, preventing dust from entering and ensuring reliable long-term operation even during continuous submersion.
● Fire Resistance
The insulating resin is a self-extinguishing insulating material, with fire resistance of Class A and a fire rating of F120; it can operate in a 950-1000℃ flame for over 90 minutes without interrupting the circuit, and the insulating resin is halogen-free and will not release harmful gases at high temperatures.
● Corrosion Resistance
Metal-shelled busbars cannot prevent acid rain corrosion, corrosive gases produced by chemical plants, or even corrosive liquids splashing onto electrical products. This requires the busbar to have corrosion resistance. The epoxy resin casting material of the cast busbar has excellent corrosion resistance and can effectively resist the erosion of various chemicals.
● Mechanical Properties
It can withstand a mechanical impact of 6 joules, ensuring safe use and good explosion-proof performance.
● All-Weather Product
Product use is not limited by altitude; it can operate for extended periods in environments as low as -40℃ without the insulating resin cracking; it can be used for extended periods indoors and outdoors in the highest pollution level (level 4) environments.
